THE 4-STEP GUIDE WITHIN EVERYONE'S REACH.

You don't have to be a Guru to create an online course.

After creating more than 70 courses and helping dozens of entrepreneurs design, create and launch their own successful online courses, I decided to share everything I know in a book that is comprehensive, easy and immediately applicable.
The main problem for those who want to monetize their knowledge through info-products, memberships and online courses is not on the "how," but on the "what.
Many waste time creating extremely curated videos, writing detailed pages that no one will ever read, and investing in advertising that will bring no customers but only empty clicks.
And this, because they got the first and most important step wrong: ideation.

STEP 1: devise

For your online course to be successful it must, first of all, appeal to your audience.

The secret is not in the topic (right or wrong) but in the solution you offer. If we were limited to differentiating the product only on the topic covered, the competition would eat us alive and every possible angle or facet, they would already be saturated and argued by someone.

But people are not looking for a new topic.

People are looking for a new solution.

That's why in the book I talk to you, first of all, about just how to design your online course, how to generate a winning idea and how to validate it, before you get to work.

STEP 2: Create.

Creating a course is easy. If you know how to do it.

But if you've already passed the hurdle of a winning idea, now it's just a matter of figuring out what media is best for you and your target audience, and contrary to what many people tell you, video is not necessarily the way to go. You might even think about just recording your voice, or writing, or showing pictures and tutorials.

Just think that one of my most successful courses is actually a membership consisting only of...newsletters!

The possibilities are truly many and within anyone's reach, requiring no expensive means or complicated equipment or software. Just follow a proven structure and offer what the customer expects: a solution to his or her problems.

After all, when you are hungry, it doesn't matter whether you eat on a silver plate or a plastic one. You just need to feed yourself.

STEP 3: Tools.

"OK Valerio, but how do I create my online course?"

Legitimate question, and I answer this in the third part of the book, in which I explain which are the best platforms to use, with their pros and cons.

An essential guide, supplemented later by insights and appendices, in which I explain what solutions the market offers today, which ones are worth adopting and which ones to stay away from.

STEP 4: Launch.

"And now that I have created my course, how do I sell it?"

I know. This scares you (and you are right) but believe me, at this point, you have already traveled the bulk of the journey and the difficulties you have faced have far outweighed this one.

To launch a course there are several strategies. In the book I explain the simplest, quickest and most effective ones. From the traditional pitching "A la Jeff Walker" to my revised and corrected version, which in addition to being technically simpler, is also faster.
